CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
You can check into your apartment starting at 3pm on the day of your arrival and should check out by 10am on the day of your departure. Should you arrive any later than 6pm, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in our house.
BOOKING AND DEPOSIT
Bookings are only considered binding after you have paid a deposit. The deposit must to be paid within 10 days of the booking. This can be done via bank transfer or credit card (Mastercard, Visa).
Of season
From May through mid-June and from October through November we are out of season and not all restaurants and bars are open, lifts are closed, and all supermarkets are open on weekdays with reduced hours. For lovers of nature, peace and relax this period is absolute the best.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash payments (5.000€ maximum), bank transfers, cheques and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard). We kindly ask our guests to take care of their bill the day before departure.
GARAGE
There are two parking spaces per apartment in the underground garage inside the Lodge.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival there are no penalties. For cancellations communicated between 27 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. For cancellations made within 14 days before arrival or in case of No Show, 100% of the total price will be charged. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained in full by the accommodation.
PETS
We do not accept pets during the winter season. During the summer season you may bring your pet if you give us prior notice. We kindly ask our guests not to leave their pets in the apartement unsupervised. We charge 25€ a day for pets.
