Included

Coffee maker & coffee, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper, sugar, tea and detergent are already available for you. Cleaning every other day, for stays of three nights, there is no daily cleaning, weekly sheet change, towel and bathrobe changes twice a week, organic care products, house shoes, elevator, bicycle garage, ski room with shoe dryer, washing machine use upon request.

GARAGE

There are two parking spaces per apartment in the underground garage inside the Lodge.

Given prices are the daily rate for 4 persons per apartment. We charge 50€ per person, per day for every additional person. Children up until 3 years of age stay free of charge. For children aged 3-13 years we charge 30€ per day. The local tax of 3.20€ per person (from 14 years) per day is not included in the prices.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT

You can check into your apartment starting at 3pm on the day of your arrival and should check out by 10am on the day of your departure. Should you arrive any later than 6pm, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival there are no penalties. For cancellations communicated between 27 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. For cancellations made within 14 days before arrival or in case of No Show, 100% of the total price will be charged. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained in full by the accommodation.

NO SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in our house.

PETS

We do not accept pets during the winter season. During the summer season you may bring your pet if you give us prior notice. We kindly ask our guests not to leave their pets in the apartement unsupervised. We charge 25€ a day for pets.
